Shipping
When will my credit card be billed? Your
credit card will be billed when your order has been shipped.
When will my item ship? All items will ship the same day they are ordered as long as the
item is in stock, and the order is placed before 2PM Central Standard Time.
Anything you order today my 2PM CST can arrive as early as tomorrow if overnight
delivery is selected.
How is my product shipped? You get to choose. On
the checkout page you have the choice of Fedex shipping options. If you are in the Armed
Services we will ship to FPO and APO, but we cannot guarantee the
shipping
What are the shipping costs? Shipping
charges range from $9.95 to $29.95. On the checkout page you may choose the
shipping option that suits your needs.
I received the package but where is my
receipt?
Often times our customers
mail our merchandise to recipients. In most cases our customers prefer that the
recipient does not get the cost of the gift that they receive. For this reason
we do not send a paper copy of the invoice with the package unless otherwise
requested. All receipts are sent electronically to the email address
provided.
Can I have a product delivered to a PO
box?
Goldflorist.com does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. However, we
do deliver to FPO and APO.

Do
you honor manufacturer's warranties?
We warranty all
merchandise against manufacturers defects.
What is your return policy? Merchandise may
be returned for a refund within 30 days of order date minus the shipping cost.
If the product is defective, we will be happy to refund your money or replace the
product. call
